On February 2, 2011, permission was granted for the LMA:
"My name is Trevor Jones. I am in the band Frogs Gone Fishin'.
I am sending this email to give permission for file sharing of Frogs Gone Fishin'.
Here is the current Frogs Gone Fishin' policy on "taping":
"Frogs Gone Fishin' allows recording, trading, and file sharing of live performances for non-commercial purposes."
